Karen Clark is a Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, Crystal Healer, and Sound Healer. Karen has a special healing touch that helps her clients relax and let go. Karen’s sessions are intense and highly effective.   She helps clients who have physical and emotional pain. Karen’s goal is to help others heal themselves.

Reiki 
During a session, the Reiki energy flows wherever it is needed , from  the hands of the practitioner into the client, creating a sense of peace,  relaxation and harmony in the receiver.  Reiki can help relieve stress & physical pain, boost the immune system, recovery from illness, and balance emotions.

Massage 
Massage can help with increased circulation, improved energy, released toxins, stress relief, relaxes and softens injured muscles.

Crystal Healing
When a chakra becomes blocked, damaged, or muddied with residual energy, or plaque then our physical and emotional health can be affected.  This can occur as the result of negative or incomplete belief systems.  The effects of our habits, feelings, beliefs, thoughts, fears and desires can be found in our chakra.  The way we eat and exercise how we deal with our emotions will be imprinted on our energy bodies. Clearing your chakra is very beneficial for your body, mind, and spirit.  It helps the aura’s energy to stay as pure as possible and can increase intuitive ability.  

Sound Healing 
Singing bowls awaken a beautiful and powerful mystery.  They produce the sacred sound of AUM.  Their rich vibrations alter space, mind, and time. The sound and music of the bowls awakens cellular memory and permeates the aura with healing energy.

By learning to  listen and accepting the sounds created by the singing bowls, we are  able to better surrender to the sounds that enter the body and help  attain a tranquility and peace as you let the vibrations work their way  through your mind, body and soul.

Access Bars 
There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are bars for Healing, Body, Control, Awareness, Creativity, Power, Aging, Sex and Money just to name a few. Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to have that area of your life show up as great, easy and joyful as it really could be.  By gently touching these points on the head, the energy and barriers dissipate and the electromagnetic charge is released. Releasing stuck energy is like deleting old files off your computer.  This is an incredibly dynamic process that will not only leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed as if you have had a deep restful sleep or a really great massage, but it can also change your life.
