A labyrinth enthusiast since 1999, I incorporate the powerful healing metaphor of the labyrinth journey in my work with clients.   Honoring inner wisdom and intuitive guidance, I respectfully accompany clients on the path to remembering and integrating the Truth -- deepening and enriching their lives and relationships.  

 With several decades experience working with individuals in the area of recovery from substance abuse and other addictions, I am a Registered Addictions Specialist. My work with clients and their families incorporates both 12 Step and harm reduction principles, based on each individual client’s preferences, comfort level and readiness to embrace change.

Experienced working with issues including:  recovery from addictive processes; depression, anxiety, relationship issues; stress reduction; grief & loss; self esteem; life transitions; codependency; parenting issues; spirituality.
